The following services were used as inputs: Recreation and tourism, Annual water yield, Carbon, Pollinator abundance, Total nutrient export, Total food production, sediment retention index. These services were modelled with </span></span><a href='https://naturalcapitalproject.stanford.edu:443/software/invest' style='text-decoration:underline;' rel='nofollow ugc'><span style='text-decoration:underline;'><span>InVEST</span></span></a><span><span> models (2020) except for Total food production which is calculated based on the agricultural census (2010) of Laos. The eight ES services were min-max normalized, log-transformed and a PCA performed.
